A native of Russia, Dr. Ochev moved to the Bay Area at the age of 19. He earned his bachelor's degree in Biology from San Francisco State University in 1996, and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the New York University College of Dentistry in 2001. Outside of work, he enjoys his time with his wife Regina and his two children Max and Katherine.
