Program Rules:

• Patients must inform us about Facebook Likes, Facebook Recommendations, and online reviews to receive Smile Points.
• Patients who submitted forms for our digital message board, liked us on Facebook, recommended us on Facebook, and reviewed us on Yelp before August 8, 2012 will automatically be credited with the appropriate amount of Smile Points.
• Patients who received Gift Certificates for referrals before August 8, 2012 will not earn Smile Points for those referrals.
• Patients who received Zoom!, Six Month Smiles, or Invisalign before August 8, 2012 will not earn Smile Points for those services.
• Smile points earned are not transferable and have no cash value.
